From time to time I've been asked, "What is Southwest Baptist Association?
What does Southwest Baptist Association do?"
Good questions!
Southwest Baptist Association is 27 Southern Baptist Churches who
voluntarily choose to work together in serving the Lord. These churches
are located in the various counties that make up Southwest Oklahoma.
The purpose of this association is to promote fellowship, cooperation
in work, unity in faith, evangelism and Christian education. The ultimate
purpose of this association is to awaken and stimulate the churches to
fulfill the Great Commission in carrying the gospel to the whole world.

Faithful support from our 27 churches make these associational
ministries possible. Part of my dream for Southwest Association
is for it to become a greater "Resource Center", helping all our
churches do the work God has called us to do.
